When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. Rent is considered late after the 5th and a late charge of $25 is incurred. We accept cash, check, or money order.
What is the lease term?
The lease term is 12 months.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $50 less than the monthly rent.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed with the owner’s approval and a $500 non-refundable deposit for the first approved pet and $100 per additional pet with a (3) pet limit.
